Genos Expansion Order
To order an Expansion Set... please send us your GENOS instrument info file........
Go to MENU page two and click on EXPANSION. The MENU opens and shows the EXPORT instrument info file which is ready to be saved. The file is exported to a USB stick. Send us this file and we will send you the EXPANSION.

Order information
Please note that you can select one bonus EXPANSION per order of an official EXPANSION Pack. It is not possible to order the BONUS Packs individually, these can only be selected in conjunction with the EXPANSIONS subject to a charge.
If you buy 2 EXPANSIONS you can select 2 BONUS Packs.
You only need to send us the instrument info file with your first order,
it will be archived together with your orders.
Please do not request any updates via the shop, as these will be sent via your
GENOS World Cloud ( Dropbox link ).
The shop also charges a transaction fee of 1€ as we have to pay this to the shop operator or PAYPAL.
